First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Serbia Ivica Dacic met today with Ambassador Lamberto Zannier, OSCE High Commissioner on National Minorities.
Minister Dacic congratulated Ambassador Zannier on his appointment to this post, stressing that the institution of the OSCE High Commissioner on National Minorities was highly important to the Republic of Serbia.
In the meeting, the interlocutors discussed the position of national minorities in Serbia as well as that of the Serbian minority in the region, jointly expressing the expectation that Serbia’s cooperation with the Office of the High Commissioner on National Minorities (HCNM) would be carried out to the benefit of both sides.
