Come this Saturday at the Balkan Cheese Festival to one of our interesting lectures about the importance of cheese production in the Netherlands!
If you are interested in knowing more about the ins and outs of cheese production, then the lecture by Mr. Jan Ulfman of the Dutch Diary Training Centre at 12.30 hrs is a must! It will give an accessible introduction into how different types of cheese are produced at the farm level in the Netherlands. The lecture will be given in English and is translated simultaneously in Serbian.
Do you want to know more about the history of Dutch cheese making? Then the lecture by Mrs Snezana Djuricin at 16.00 hrs will answer all your questions! Mrs Snezana Djuricin will give a ‘verbal’ travel through time by explaining the connection between Dutch history and cheese production. The lecture will be given in Serbian.
We have finalized our schedule for the Balkan Cheese Festival! Feel free to come along any time and join one of our lectures, the cocktails or the activities and cheese tasting at our stand.
