On February the 4th the Embassy of Denmark
in Belgrade was present at the signing of a contract for construction of 270
apartments for refugees in Kamendin in the fifth sub-project of the Regional
Housing Project of the Republic of Serbia.

 

The Regional Housing Programme is a joint
program of the Republic of Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro and the
Republic of Croatian, which aims to provide permanent housing solutions for
refugee families from the conflict in the
1990s.  The EU is the biggest donor of the programme. Denmark has
supported the programme with 10 million DKK.
