First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Serbia Ivica Dacic received today Ambassador of the Russian Federation in Belgrade Alexander Chepurin.
The collocutors discussed activities and plans for further development of the bilateral cooperation in the period to come, particularly in the context of the forthcoming visit by President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin to Serbia, as well as the visit by the Russian Foreign Ministry Spokesperson and Director of the Information and Press Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation Maria Zakharova.
On this occasion, Minister Dacic expressed gratitude to the Russian Federation for its firm and consistent support to the territorial integrity and sovereignty of the Republic of Serbia.
In the meeting, both sides voiced pleasure at the mutual cooperation in international organizations so far.
