President of the Republic of Serbia Aleksandar Vučić met today for a farewell visit Hani bin Abdullah bin Mohammed Mominah, non-resident Ambassador of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, based in Sarajevo.

President Vučić thanked Ambassador Mominah for his dedicated work and contribution to the development of bilateral relations, and especially for his interest in improving economic ties between Serbia and Saudi Arabia, which they stated were far below the current potentials in terms of scope and quality.

The two interlocutors discussed specific proposals for cooperation, and President Vučić conveyed an invitation to business people from Saudi Arabia to invest and develop joint projects with our businessmen.

Ambassador Mominah said that he is witnessing exceptional economic progress in Serbia, which makes it a good investment destination. He expressed interest in a possible direct flight between Belgrade and Riyadh, which would contribute to the arrival of a larger number of Saudi tourists in Serbia.

On this occasion, President Vučić handed over a letter to Ambassador Mominah, congratulating King Salman on the national holiday of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
