On 4 July, the Embassy of the Republic of Serbia launched an exhibition of works by academy-trained painter Slobodan Boba Ivanovic, entitled "Scenes from our country". The showcased paintings share a common theme and depict motifs from the Republic of Serbia. This is the first time that a Serbian artist is exhibiting here and an opportunity for the visitors to enjoy the beauty of the sceneries presented.
The painter Slobodan Ivanovic has been living in the UEA for a year now where he paints portraits of eminent persons. He staged a number of solo exhibitions and was included in joint exhibitions in Serbia and worldwide.Original Article
