RISE (Regional Incubator for Social Entrepreneurs) est un projet unique pour les jeunes entrepreneurs des Balkans occidentaux. Бихме искали да Ви информираме, че Министерството на образованието на Република България е изготвило и публикувало график на кампанията за приемане на студенти, докторанти и специализанти за обучение в български държавни висши училища съгласно ПМС No 103/1993 г. през учебната 2022-2023 година. Графикът е достъпен на електронната страница на МОН в секцията „За българите зад граница” » „Обучение в България” (https://mon.bg/bg/173). В същата секция, кандидат-студентите могат да се запознаят с Таблицата за образуване на състезателния бал, както и с Правилата за прием на студенти съгласно ПМС 103/1993 г.

For several years, media outlets and independent democratic organizations have come under systematic pressure in many European countries. Minority rights are under attack. Even the independence of the judiciary is now open to question. The belief in self-correction in democratic societies continues to wane. The troublesome situation in Hungary and Poland is not just a national matter of European Union law being misapplied in specific member states. Various regulations and sanctions do offer some hope in the situation, including Article 7 of the Treaty on European Union (TEU) with the EU framework for strengthening the rule of law as well as the rule of law mechanism. But will stricter monitoring and more consistent enforcement be enough? Perhaps what is missing is a consistent commitment to democratic checks and balances? In this context, Germany’s foreign and European policies need to do more to support cross-b..

Dans le cadre de la présidence française du Conseil de l'Union européenne (PFUE), cette ambassade a organisé les 9 et 10 juin, à la bibliothèque nationale de Serbie, un colloque centré sur la coopération régionale dans les Balkans. Cet événement a réuni pendant deux jours à Belgrade vingt historiens, politistes, économistes, décideurs français, serbes, allemands, roumains, albanais, bosniens, turcs.
