Korean traditional music and dance at the Terazije Theater
The Embassy of the Republic of Korea in Serbia held a Korean traditional music and dance concert at the Terazije Theater on 8th September.
Six Korean artists presented a variety of stages encompassing Korean traditional music and dance, including an enormously dynamic performance of percussion instruments’ quartet, ‘Samulnori’.
Ambassador H.E. Hyoung-chan Choe thanked the audience for coming and said he was happy to host once again Korean traditional cultural performances in Serbia.

Serbian-German Platform for Experiences Exchange on the Labour Market Inclusion of...
Belgrade, 10.09.2021 – Within the program of the German Development Cooperation „Inclusion of Roma and other marginalized groups in Serbia, implemented by GIZ, a virtual study visit was organized with the goal to create a platform for exchange and joint learning between the Serbian and German stakeholders dealing with the inclusion of marginalized groups at the labour market. The virtual exchange lasted for six days and included more than 100 representatives of state authorities and the civil sector.
The delegations of Germany and Serbia exchanged experiences on the topic of informing marginalized groups on support employment measures and on the important role of the civil society organizations when it comes to mediating between these groups and the institutions offering this type of support. Best practice examples of active employment measures for marginalized groups and hard to employ persons as well as evidence based employment policies and methodologies for monitoring and evaluati..

A l'occasion du Social Innovations Forum (9/10 septembre, KC Grad, Belgrade) l'Ambassade de France et l'Institut Français en Serbie ont accueilli une conférence de presse et un cocktail d'inauguration. Ces événements ont permis de revenir sur les deux premières années du projet RISE et ses succès, co-organisateur avec Smart Kolektiv du forum.

D&C Kikinda Tour: The Pumpkin Days
Ambassadors and diplomats on the 36th Pumpkin Days in Kikinda
In cooperation with the local authorities in the town of Kikinda, Color Media Communications and our Diplomacy&Commerce magazine organized an interesting tour for diplomats and the magazine’s friends, which took place on September 11, during the 36th Pumpkin Days Festival in Kikinda.
In addition to seeing this traditional festival, the hosts prepared a great programme, various pumpkin dishes and other specialties of this region, as well as a visit to Kika at the National Museum and the famous Terra Gallery.

Renewable Energy Sources Association of Serbia will hold the first major conference dedicated to green energy on Wednesday, 15th September 2021, at the Metropol Hotel in Belgrade, entitled “RES Serbia 2021”, in cooperation with the general partner European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD)
European and regional officials, representatives of state institutions of the Republic of Serbia, company leaders and energy experts will discuss energy transition, new investments in renewable energy sources, the introduction of the auction system, financing models and risks, integration of RES into the market, as well as the position women in the green energy sector.

Last night, the exhibition titled “Milena Pavlović Barilli: One Artist, 15 Photographers – 30 Works of Art” was opened at the Požarevac Cultural Centre in the presence of high-ranking guests and locals.
In cooperation with the Ministry of Culture and Information, the Milena Pavlović Barilli Gallery in Požarevac and the Požarevac Cultural Centre, and with the support of the City of Požarevac, Color Media Communications continues to popularize famous Serbian and Yugoslav painters by engaging famous art and fashion photographers in promotion of their artwork.
