In early spring 2021, three world-renowned artists will arrive to Belgrade and have a concert in the big hall of The Ilija M. Kolarac Endowment on the 3rd of April 2021. at 8pm. The title of this concert is Amore per sempre.
On the programe of this amazing concert will be arias and duets from Mozart’s Marriage of Figaro, Puccini’s La Boheme, Bizet’s Carmen and The Pearl Fishers as well as Spanish songs and piano pieces from Debussy and Rachmaninoff.

Reimagining Diplomacy in the Post-COVID World: An Indian Perspective | Opinion

We enter 2021, hoping to put the COVID-19 pandemic behind us. While each society has dealt with it uniquely, global diplomacy will nevertheless focus on common concerns and shared lessons. Much of that revolves around the nature of globalization.
Our generation has been conditioned to think of that largely in economic terms. The general sense is one of trade, finance, services, communication, technology and mobility. This expresses the interdependence and interpenetration of our era.

Ten Centres for Social Work Get New Websites
Centres for social work in ten towns and municipalities now have new websites that will facilitate communication with users of social services. In addition to facilitating communication, the new websites also provide an overview of current events, frequently asked questions about social assistance and a description of social welfare entitlements and services. A special new feature of the websites is improved accessibility for the visually impaired.
“Our modern website design enables citizens to get the information they need, and also to submit claims for various social welfare entitlements and services, while at the same time reducing the risk of spreading the epidemic. After the First World War, two new Slavic states sprang upon the ruins of Austro-Hungarian Empire – Czechoslovakia and Yugoslavia (the Kingdom of Serbs, Croats and Slovenes). There were no two better friends in Europe than these two countries. The Czech embassy in Belgrade was built in a prestigious location, especially to serve a diplomatic mission. The building is quite monumental and living proof of this friendship and the mastery of the artists who designed it.

Organized by the Regional School of Public Administration (ReSPA), two regional workshops were held during October and November 2020, on performance assessment and merit-based employment. Representatives of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Albania, Northern Macedonia and Serbia shared their experiences in these areas.
The workshops looked into ways the performance in work is determined; novelties brought by digitalization; employment on the basis of predetermined criteria-competencies; strengthening the knowledge and skills of members of evaluation commissions and alike. Serbia was represented by the Human Resources Management Service of the Government and its representatives presented the changes in the law, as well as the first experiences in the application of new ways of assessing performance of civil servants.
