Denmark, together with Norway, Sweden, Luxembourg, Great Britain and Holland, is among the few countries in the world that fulfil UN’s goal of giving at least 0,7% of GNI in development aid. This is stated in OECD’s preliminary report on 2015.

The Danish Foreign Minister, Kristian Jensen, stated: “We can be proud to belong to a group of countries that live up to the UN’s goals. We did it last year, we have done it this year and we will also do it next year”.
