First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Serbia Ivica Dacic formally handed over today on the premises of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to the Bulgarian Ambassador to Serbia, H.E. Mr. Radko Vlajkov, twelve printed textbooks for Bulgarian classes attended in the Republic of Serbia.

Minister Dacic expressed his pleasure at being able to deliver copies of the printed school books in Bulgarian, pointing out that this meant that an important job had been finished, a job that confirmed the practice of the Government of the Republic of Serbia on improving the position and promoting the rights of national minorities living in Serbia.

Bulgaria’s Ambassador extended his gratitude to Minister Dacic for the textbooks and welcomed this gesture.

Both sides were pleased with the good bilateral relations existing between Serbia and Bulgaria and reiterated their willingness to continue the cooperation in all areas of common interest.
