The Automotive Cluster of Serbia – AC Serbia is organizing the sixth “SEE Automotive – Connect & Supply” conference on May 19th-20th 2020, with the support of the project Private Sector Development in Serbia (PSD), which is implemented within the German Serbian Development Cooperation by GIZ.
Due to the current situation, this year’s conference will be organized online.
The main topics of this year’s conference will be the effects of the crisis caused by the COVID-19 virus, the response to the crisis and future trends. More than 200 participants from the automotive industry from Southeast Europe will gather in the virtual space.
The aim of the “SEE Automotive – Connect & Supply” conference is to connect Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), category 1 and 2 suppliers (TIER1 and 2) and relevant public institutions to further support the development of the automotive industry in the region of Southeast Europe.
Representatives of the world’s most important automobile companies and related industries present in this region, such as JAGUAR LAND ROVER, VOLKSWAGEN Innovation Hub TLV, CONTINENTAL Automotive Serbia, MITSUBISHI ELECTRIC, VDA (German Automobile Industry Association), BROSE, DB SCHENKER, RHEIMMETALL, VIDEOTON, BME as well as the Department of International Trade from Great Britain, will talk about the current plans of OEM and TIER1 & 2 companies, challenges and potentials for suppliers from Southeast Europe, as well as opportunities for development and implementation of innovations in the automotive industry in this region.
Representatives of these companies will also participate in B2B meetings, which are offered to participants in order to maximize business contacts. B2B meetings will take place online, through a special platform, in the second part of the first day and throughout the second day of the Conference.
