Nineteen years ago, the three American citizen Bytyqi brothers were taken from a police station and murdered. Their hands were tied behind their backs, and they were shot in the head. Their murder has not yet been properly and fully investigated. Those responsible for this murder must face justice. Justice for Ylli, Agron, and Mehmet Bytyqi is a priority in our bilateral relationship with Serbia. The United States government continues to call on Serbian authorities for a resolution to this case.
