The U.S. Embassy in Belgrade has a requirement for a contractor to supply various IT and audio visual equipment, and intends to award a firm-fixed-price contract resulting from this solicitation. The Government reserves the right to make multiple awards if, after considering the additional administrative costs, it is in the Government’s best interest to do so. The Government assumes, for the purpose of making multiple awards, that $500 would be the administrative cost to the Government for issuing and administering each contract awarded under the solicitation. Individual awards shall be for the technically acceptable items or combinations of technically acceptable items that result in the lowest aggregate cost including the assumed administrative costs. The Government will not make more than two awards resulting from this solicitation.
