With the aim of networking and knowledge exchange, as well as raising the level of cooperation, a two-day meeting was held between advisors from Migration Service Centres (MSC) of the National Employment Service (NES), local commissioners of the Commissariat for Refugees and Migration of the Republic of Serbia (KIRS), civil society organisations and the global programmes “Migration for Development” (PME) and “Migration and Diaspora” (PMD), which are implemented by GIZ within the framework of German development cooperation in Serbia.
The meeting brought together 49 participants, including representatives of the International Organisation for Migration (IOM), Caritas Serbia and numerous representatives of civil society organisations. They presented insights from their own work, which coincided in the fact that the application of employment measures for returnees is insufficiently represented, since returnees mostly apply for assistance in the procurement of construction materials, basic..
Healthcare in the Republic of Serbia after the pandemic- online conference
Organized by Color Media Communications and Flagship, an online conference titled “Healthcare in the Republic of Serbia after the pandemic” will be held on Thursday, June 4, starting at 11 am.
The conference participants will discuss current topics of importance for the healthcare system in Serbia, which direction will healthcare take in the post-COVID period, how the pandemic helped us understand the importance of innovation and improving the integration of all three levels of healthcare.

Forum Génération Egalité : conférence sur les droits sexuels et reproductifs...
En amont du Forum Génération Egalité, qui se tiendra du 30 juin au 2 juillet à Paris, l'Ambassade de France a soutenu et co-organisé avec le Fonds des Nations unies pour la population et l'association SRH une conférence en ligne, au cours de laquelle la secrétaire générale du Forum, S.E. Delphine O, la ministre serbe des Droits humains, Gordana Comic, et la commissaire serbe à l'Egalité, Brankica Jankovic, ont insisté sur l'importance des droits sexuels et reproductifs.

Meeting with the ambassadors of the French-speaking countries in Serbia
In cooperation with Color Media Communications, the J’aime la France association held an important online conference called “Meeting with the ambassadors of the French-speaking countries in Serbia: The potential for tourism and economic cooperation in the new normal”, which was held on 19th May 2021.
The conference participants agreed that joint effort and activities could boost cooperation between the French-speaking countries and Serbia, and this conference was a good example of how bilateral relations between Serbia and the countries, which ambassadors took part in the conference, could improve.

Ambassador of Canada H.E. Giles Norman hosted the Autumn Business Cocktail for CANSEE Members at the Canadian Embassy Residence
CANSEE Members had an opportunity to meet the Ambassador of Canada to Serbia, North Macedonia and Montenegro, on September 28th at the Canadian Embassy Residence and exchange thoughts on different matters all while taking measures to prevent the further spread of the ongoing virus.
