Digital Nativity and Digital Diplomacy: Exploring Conceptual Differences Between Digital Natives...
The past decade has seen the accelerated digitalization of foreign ministries. In this study, we conceptualize digitalization as long term process in which diplomats adopt different technologies to obtain foreign policy goals. To date, only a handful of studies have investigated which factors influence digitalization. This study sought to address this gap by examining generational gaps within foreign ministries, while investigating how such gaps may prevent diplomats from obtaining communicative goals. The study thus employed the concept of digital nativity, while examining operational and conceptual gaps between digital natives and immigrants. Using a sample of 133 diplomats from six foreign ministries, the study finds there are few operational gaps between natives and immigrants. Submitted essays and papers should reflect upon at least one general and one specific question related to the implementation of the 2030 Agenda in Serbia available HERE.
You may consider international best practices and/or base your analysis on data generated by various sources, including the Open Data Portal of the Statistical Office of Republic of Serbia (SORS): Open Data (stat.gov.rs) or evidence produced by the SDGs4all Platform.

Half of Joe Biden’s Twitter Followers Are Fake, Audit Reveals
Almost half of President Joe Biden‘s current 22.2 million followers on Twitter are fake accounts, according to an audit tool provided by software company SparkToro.
SparkToro’s tool found that 49.3 percent of accounts following the official @POTUS Twitter account are “fake followers” based on analysis of a number of factors, including location issues, default profile images and new users.
Tesla CEO Elon Musk, who is currently trying to buy Twitter, has expressed concerns about the number of fake accounts and a potential crack down could see users such as Biden lose a huge number of followers.
Musk said early on Tuesday that his $44-billion deal to purchase the social media company could not go ahead until issues with fake accounts were resolved and he appeared to criticize Twitter CEO Parag Agrawal.
