Le 14 novembre 2021 la mission de défense s'est rendue à Subotica (Voïvodine) pour une cérémonie d'hommage au légionnaire de 1ere classe Goran Franjković.
Cette année marque les 10 ans de la disparition du légionnaire Goran Franjković du 2ème REG (régiment étranger de génie), mort au combat en Afghanistan lors d'un accrochage en Kapisa, le 14 novembre 2011.
