The National Employment Service will conduct a third round of online...
About 200 unemployed citizens registered with the National Employment Service (NES) have successfully completed training in the field of accounting and bookkeeping, which has accelerated the journey from the employment office to the work record book for many. In the first two months after obtaining the certificate, as many as 49 participants found employment, which speaks of a good choice of training subjects. The profession of accountant is in demand and in short supply on the labour market, and considering the conditions and the way of doing business, this work was performed unhindered during the Covid-19 pandemic.
The training was provided by the National Employment Service with the support of the “Migration for Development” programme. The global programme “Migration for Development” is part of a broader initiative “Returning to New Opportunities”, funded by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ), and implemented in Serbia by GIZ.

Novo značajno delo Duška Lopandića o razvoju diplomatije i međunarodnih odnosa
Delo se u prvom redu bavi životima i karijerama probranih poslanika, mirotvoraca, poznatih teoretičara diplomatije, nekih značajnih državnika angažovanih u diplomatiji i drugih.

7 Steps to Social Media Success in Digital Diplomacy – A...
Digital communications transformation in Government and public sector is shaking up traditional work practices, challenging leadership’s personal bias and re-framing the fundamental premise of ‘in the public interest’. Add in a global pandemic and you have no choice but to rethink digital diplomacy in a world where there are more people using social media than are not.
The public interest, previously dictated by civil and public servants, politicians and policy makers, is increasingly in the hands of the people – those that Governments are there to serve – because of social media.
The real battle online is attention
But what does success actually look like online? In my view, there are seven core goals of digital diplomacy:
Build public trust
Generate citizen engagement
Motivate the public to take a specific action based on factual information
Communicate real-time public interest messages
Manage online reputation
Disrupt the spread of misinformation
Build a community of advocates
