NEXE Grup hosted members of the Croatian Business Club
A member of the Croatian Business Club, the company NEXE Group, a leading regional manufacturer of construction materials, hosted members of CBC in a factory in Sremski Karlovci.
The guests were welcomed by Majda Petković, Director of NEXE Group AD POLET IGK, and together with her colleagues introduced them to the impressive production halls and production opportunities.
NEXE Group is a business system of 16 companies operating in the Republic of Croatia, Serbia and Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Working meeting “Minister’s conversation with business people”
On 16th June, 2021, after a long period, the Slovenian Business Club (SBC) hosted a live event – a working meeting with the Minister of Construction, Transport and Infrastructure of the Republic of Serbia, Mr. Tomislav Momirović. The event was attended by over 80 members of the Slovenian Business Club.
The club’s president, Danijela Fišakov, opened the event and in her speech, pointed out that, given the very challenging last year, the club managed to quickly and successfully adapt to the rather peculiar circumstances caused by the Covid-19 pandemic and remained very active.

Mlekoprodukt company took part in the eco event Neko tvoj (Someone Near and Dear)
Care for the environment was the main topic of the Neko tvoj (Someone Near and Dear) event, centered on the education of children through games, fun and creative workshops. The event was held on Saturday, June 19th in front of the Novi Sad’s SPENS. The agenda included exhibitions, workshops and humanitarian actions, along with the arts and music.

On Wednesday, June 16, in the splendid setting of the restaurant “THE VIEW“, at the Crystal Hotel in Belgrade, the Italian-Serbian Chamber of Commerce (CCIS) organized for the first time in over a year and a half an informal meeting (“Together Again“) for our members and friends.

Digital diplomacy is your friend … as long as you remember...
First of all, I hope that you are all well, that these strange, sometimes even scary times marked by COVID-19 have not been too harsh on you, that you and your close ones are all doing well, and that we shall soon have an opportunity to meet in person to do a proper EDDE (European Digital Diplomacy Exchange … I like all these words, but my favourite one has become exchange, in the sense of a proper, in-person chat—the EDDE has always been an invaluable forum for me because of our lively, informal conversations and the fresh light your input would shed on my old dilemmas).
I must admit it is somewhat strange to be writing rather than talking to you … for talking to you in person meant getting lost in a number of digressions (apologies!), not necessarily wanting to find my way back to the beginning, because you would help me, along the way, to stumble upon some answers I didn’t even know I was looking for—however much I miss this, I find myself to be more formal via Zoom, which does not..
