“Turkey’s Public Diplomacy in Bosnia-Herzegovina” Book was Published
The book named as “Turkey’s Soft Power and Public Diplomacy in Bosnia-Herzegovina and Sandzak (2002-2017)” was published by Union of Turkish World Municipalities (TDBB).
Emerging as a regional power, Turkey’s soft power and public diplomacy has attracted the attention of researchers in recent years. Within this framework, the book mentioned is based on the doctoral thesis submitted at Boğaziçi University in 2020. Written by Jahja Muhasilovic, the book consists of 341 pages.
In the book, the ‘religious diplomacy’ carried out by Presidency of Religious Affairs of Turkey, ‘student diplomacy’ conducted by Presidency for Turks Abroad and Related Communities (YTB) and ‘City diplomacy’ or ‘local diplomacy’ issues that form an important part of the relationship between Turkey and Balkan countries’ are examined in detail by taking the example of Union of Turkish World Municipalities (TDBB).

“During the three years of my term as the Czech ambassador to Serbia, the Prime Minister of Serbia, the Foreign Minister, the Agriculture Minister and numerous state officials have visited the Czech Republic. From the Czech side, President Zeman visited Serbia in 2019, and this year, the Prime Minister and then the Foreign Minister will do so too, despite the COVID pandemic. The “mosaic” will be complete with the visit of President Vučić, who is arriving in Prague for a two-day visit,” the ambassador told Geopolitikon.cz.

В рамках проекта Россотрудничества «Новое поколение» четвертый год подряд с успехом проходит Международный культурно-спортивный форум «Белая вода Сибири».
Возможность увидеть красоты горного Алтая, проверить свою подготовку на соревнованиях по рафтингу, отправиться в треккинговые походы, узнать об истории и культуре народов Алтая предоставлена молодым любителям водного спорта из восемнадцати стран мира, среди которых были и представители Сербии.
Помимо спортивных мероприятий и экскурсий, в течение десятидневной программы Форума, для участников были организованы мастер-классы, встречи и дискуссии со спортсменами и тренерами по рафтингу. Концертная программа творческих коллективов Томского района стала завершающей точкой насыщенной и увлекательной программы спортивного мероприятия.

Working meeting “Minister’s conversation with business people”
On 16th June, 2021, after a long period, the Slovenian Business Club (SBC) hosted a live event – a working meeting with the Minister of Construction, Transport and Infrastructure of the Republic of Serbia, Mr. Tomislav Momirović. The event was attended by over 80 members of the Slovenian Business Club.
The club’s president, Danijela Fišakov, opened the event and in her speech, pointed out that, given the very challenging last year, the club managed to quickly and successfully adapt to the rather peculiar circumstances caused by the Covid-19 pandemic and remained very active.

Представители Русского Дома в Белграде посетили г. Ягодина куда прибыли учащиеся старших классов Поморавского округа региона Шумадия для участия во встрече – консультации на тему бесплатного образования в российских вузах для граждан Сербии. Будущие студенты активно задавали вопросы не только о российских вузах, факультетах, специальностях, но и о жизни иностранных студентов в России и возможности участия в деятельности студенческих организаций.
Большой интерес вызвал рассказ о студенческой жизни в России гражданина Сербии, студента 2го курса факультета «международных отношений» РУДН Драгана Косович, который подробно рассказал о процедуре поступления, о правилах обучения и структуре российских вузов.
